Crossefire is a Lacrosse interest group based in Singapore. We hold free trainings on

Wednesday @ NUS, 7-9pm (free for all)

Thursday @ NUS 7.30-9pm (competitive team only)

Sunday @ Bishan Park, 4-6pm (free for all)

Training Details:

NUS

7-7.30pm: Throw around

7.30pm: Start warmup & practice

9.00pm: Cool Down

Bishan Park

4-4.30pm: Throw around

4.30pm: Start warmup & practice

6.00pm: Cool Down
